Standard Support Plan $195 per hour
– Telephone or on-site desktop and network support that requires a same day or next day response. Onsite visits are billed at a minimum oof one hour and phone support is charged in half hour increments.
– All work must be performed between the hours of 8:00am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
– Also includes all work performed during normal hours at a location other than the primary business location.
– Travel time is charged for an on-site visit.
Value Support Plan $125.00 for min 20 hours per month
– Pre-paid, scheduled preventive maintenance.
– Minimum period of service 20 hours per month
– All work must be performed between the hours of 8:00am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
– Work is performed at the primary business location.
– No travel time is charged in service area.
– 48-hour notice required for cancellation to avoid charge for visit.
– This service is for level 1 desktop support higher rates apply for engineering support (Servers and network services)
Projects Quoted per project
– Specific planning and consulting services that result in a significant change in technology, infrastructure or location (includes network designs, project planning, research, relocation planning and support, etc.).
– All project work is quoted on a per project basis.
